Shipping Policy

Shipping & Return Policy

We make every effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. Please allow three (3) to Five (5) business days for shipment of in-stock items. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. We will notify you if any item cannot be shipped within 5 days.

Shipping Charge
Shipping charge are determined according to total amount (in USD value) of your order combined with estimated shipping weight. It might be more or less than the actual cost, however we don't refund for overpaid shipping cost and no additional charge will be billed for any shortage if no shipping option changed. The estimated shipping weight shown is for our internal reference only.
Unless otherwise requested by customers, all orders will be shipped via Canada Post services. Please visit canadapost.ca to know general standard of delivery. 

Ship Within Canada:

CA_NonTrackable, 3-6 Business Days
This option is available only for order of $50.00(USD) or less (before tax). We ship by Regular Letter Mail, no tracking number. Delivery may take 2-8 days depending on your location. If you need a tracking number, or faster delivery, please choose other shipping options.

CA_RegularTrack, 3-8 Business Days
This option is available for all orders. We ship by Registered Letter Mail or Expedited Parcel according to volume and weight of package. Tracking numbers will be provided. Delivery may take 2-10 days depending on your location. If you need a faster delivery, please choose other options.
 
CA_XpressTrack, 2-3 Business Days
This option is available for all orders. We ship by Xpresspost and tracking numbers will be provided. Delivery may take 1-4 days depending on your location. 

Other Carriers
Delivery via FedEx or UPS may available, please contact us if you prefer to use these services.

Ship to United States

US_NonTrackable, 4-6 Business Days
This option is available only for order of $50.00(USD) or less. We ship by Regular Letter Mail, Light Packet or Small Packet according to volume and weight of package, no tracking numbers for this service. Delivery may take 4-6 business days depending on your location. If you need a tracking number, or faster delivery, please choose other shipping options. 
  
US_RegularTrack, 5-7 Business Days
This option is available for all orders. We ship by Tracked Packet. Tracking numbers will be provided. Delivery may take 5-7 business days depending on your location. If you need a faster delivery, please choose US_XpressTrack or other options.

US_Expedited, 4-6 Business Days
This option is available for all orders. We ship by Expedited Parcel. Tracking numbers will be provided. Delivery may take 4-6 business days depending on your location. If you need a faster delivery, please choose US_XpressTrack or other options.

US_XpressTrack, 2-3 Business Days
 This option is available for all orders. We ship by Xpresspost- USA, delivery usually takes 2-3 business days and tracking numbers are provided.


Other Options
Next Day delivery via FedEx or UPS may available if the items you ordered are available immediately. However we have to estimate the time we need to complete your order before we can accept. Please place order as normal and choose US_XpressTrack option and send us e-mail with title “Rush Order” and order number. Be sure to check your e-mail more often, a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you and a PayPal invoice for additional shipping cost will need to be paid if we can process your order, or we will cancel your order and refund your payment.

International Shipment: 

NonTrackable__This option is available only for order of $150.00(USD) or less.
For order of $50.00(USD) or less, we ship by Regular Letter Mail, Light Packet or Small Packet. They're all air mail, usually take 5-10 business days(1-2 weeks) to be delivered, depending on your location, but no tracking numbers will be provided. If you need a tracking number, or need faster delivery, you can choose other shipping options.
(2) For order of $50.01-$150.00(USD), the shipping charge you paid is for Canada Post Light Packet or Small Packet. However we will discuss with you regarding risk of non trackable shipment. You'll need to double confirm your choice and share of risk, meantime you have a chance to change your shipping options.
Tracked 9-12 business days  
This option is available for all orders. Package will be shipped by Canada Post Tracked Packet- international, with tracking number. The general standard of this service 6-9 business day, but it's not guaranteed, can vary depending on your country and Customs. 
This option is only available for limited countries. If you don't see this option when you checkout, it means Canada Post is not offering this service to your country.  
  
Track_Xpress, 6-10 Business Days
 This option is available for all orders. Package will be shipped by Canada Post Xpresspost- International, with tracking number, delivery may take 5-10 business days depending on your location.
Other Options
Shipping via FedEx Express and UPS Express may available, please contact us if you hope to use these services

Risk of Shipment  
Please be aware that there are always risks of delay, damage or lost in delivery. Even a guaranteed service is not 100% guaranteed, some exceptions are possible. Please contact our customer service in case your order is not delivered in reasonable time or arrive damaged.


Terms of Risk
Delay: If a package can not be delivered in the time frame mentioned in this policy, we may say the delivery is delayed. Delay can occur for any reason in all post or freight services guaranteed          services, and it's completely out of our control, therefore we're not responsible for any of these delay and any loss arose from this delay. You're advised to take this potential delay into consideration at the time you place order
For a trackable delivery, if the package is not arrived in the timeframe mentioned in this policy, we'll ask Canada Post and/or other carriers for investigation. If the delivery is confirmed lost by these service providers, you will be taken into our Customer Care Program and have your order reprocessed or refunded.
For non trackable delivery, if the package can not be delivered in double of the timeframe mentioned in this policy, we would like to assume it's lost and take into Customer Care Program. Your order will be reprocessed or refunded, and meanwhile you will be advised of share of potential repetitive risks.

Damage: Items can be damaged during whole process of delivery for any reason. If the items arrive damaged, please contact our customer service for replacement, reprocess or refund/ partial refund.

As part of our Customer Care Program, we're struggling to balance cost and risk in shipping and offer risk-free purchases to our customers.  A significant change is increase of the upper limit for non trackable shipment. That means we'll take more risks when you choose low cost non trackable shipping option. However, you will be asked to share the potential repetitive risks with us when you claim a lost non trackable delivery and your order is being reprocessed.
For international shipment, you will be asked to share the risk at the beginning if your order total falls in the range mentioned above and you choose non trackable shipping option.
